Hanane is a Lebanese artist that specialises in portraiture. Her art is fresh, sometimes challenging and always provocative. She uses art to depict the people behind ideas or movements and draws out their essence by focussing the broader character rather than too much detail. One of her more memorable projects was a commission by Facebook to create culturally relevant stickers and frames for the Arab World.
