This role is full time and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- The ownership of Minterest’s social media ‘voice’ is yours to create, polish, and develop as it relates to community
- Ensure Minterest’s purpose is conveyed consistently across all channels and is according to Minterest’s Tone of Voice and brand principles
- Create an internal “marketing agency” in the sense of executional excellence and in-alignment with needs, capabilities, and the direction of Minterest’s community strategy
- The Minterest community strategy is yours to own and mould and to educate the rest of the team on
- Gather data from communities, optimise, and begin to set your own KPI’s
Senior Influencer Manager
- You can show significant influencer engagement track record at current or past web3/ blockchain projects
- An intimate understanding of how industry KOL’s and influencers behave and work in global crypto / DeFi markets
- You know about different commercial arrangement with influencers and have a strong ability to help them promote Minterest in better ways
- Your work style is highly professional, disciplined, and your English communication skills are close to perfect
- You bring a network of KOL’s, media and PR partners that can be engaged immediately
- Ideally you have been through community raise and token sale phases and activities
- Time zone of GMT -1 to +4
Our Influencer Manager is in a position to impact how industry KOL’s and influencers interpret the Minterest product and brand. A tremendous responsibility within one of the most important communication channels in the company. As someone that knows what’s happening in the crypto world each week, you are ready to source and engage influencers to bring our brand and community to the next phase of growth!
This role is a full time position reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- The ownership of Minterest’s KOL and influencer network and the right to mold it according to the overall marketing direction
- Designing multi-channel influencer marketing strategies in accordance with Minterest’s business goals and budgets
- Planning campaigns on Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, Discord, and other platforms
- Ensure Minterest’s purpose is conveyed consistently across all of your activities and according to Minterest’s Tone of Voice and brand principles
- Gather feedback and data from KOL’s, influencers, and social media campaigns regarding Minterest’s product, market position,
- USP’s, user experience, tokenomics etc and feed this data back to relevant teams
